I love sharing healthy ideas and recipes for families looking to create wellness in their homes. I have found Plan to Eat to be an essential tool.

The program provides recipe ideas I can drag + drop into a calendar and create a grocery list from. This enables me to order groceries online and know exactly what we need to be successful in meal planning. 

Once the grocery list is made, you can then choose how to collect the items based on your preference.
